Description
Description

Titanium Flanges
Titanium and its alloy machining components are widely used in all kinds of machines such as medical equipment and petrochemical equipment, etc.. We supply a variety of Titanium machining components such as pipe fittings, flanges and fasteners, etc.. We can also manufacture products according to clients’ drawings.

Application
Titanium flanges can be used in cars, medical equipment and petrochemical equipment.
Lap joint flange

A lap joint flange is used with a matching stub-end inserted in the inside. The main advantage of this type of flange is that once the pipe is welded to the inserted stub-end, the flange can then rotate for easier alignment of the bolting holes.
Application
Lap joint flanges are mainly used in piping systems requiring frequent dismantling for inspection and cleaning.

A flange is a method of connecting pipes, valves, pumps and other equipment to form a piping system. It also provides easy access for cleaning, inspection or modification. Flanges are usually welded or screwed. Flanged joints are made by bolting together two flanges with a gasket between them to provide a seal.

Materials for Flanges
Zuudee Special flanges are manufactured in all the special materials like titanium(3.7035,3.7164/3.7165),hastelloy series(c276,B2,B3),inconel series(600,625,718),incoloy series(800,825),monel series(400,k500) etc. And the most used materials is forged titanium alloys and have machined surfaces.

All flanges, produced by Zuudee fall under the ASME en ASTM standards, unless otherwise indicated. ASME B16.5 describes dimensions, dimensional tolerances etc. and ASTM the different material qualities. For DIN Standards, please check with our engineers.

Types of Flanges
The most used flange types in Zuudee Flanges are:

•Welding Neck Flange
•Slip On Flange
•Socket Weld Flange
•Lap Joint Flange
•Threaded Flange
•Blind Flange
